Phil Cox

Phil Cox is a Brand Action Founder, and currently the Co-Chair and Treasurer. Phil is the common thread of the Founding team and he brings his passion for building dynamic teams, making big ideas come alive, and helping people that can’t help themselves.

Phil has over 20 years of marketing and communications experience in the IP space and coaches IP attorneys to become as confident in business development as they are in their legal work. 

His coaching and training methodologies reflect more than 15 years of working with hundreds of IP attorneys worldwide. Always looking to add value, Phil shares his BD knowledge speaking at IP events including INTA, ECTA, AIPLA, NYIPLA, NYC Bar Association, ASIPI, AIPF, LMA and at numerous law firm retreats.

Phil is also active in various industry groups, currently a Sub-committee Chair within INTA’s Professional Development Committee. He has also previously Chaired INTA‘s Impact Studies Committee, and led the Business Development Shared Interest Group within the Legal Marketing Association’s New York chapter.
